Monty gives you his word that you will be amazed at how quick you will see changes in your fitness level, body appearance and life in general. But the first step is one which you must take on your own. Only you can decide if this is what you want.
When you set off an a road trip to a destination you have been to before, you need directions, right? Maybe a map or GPS would be great to have as well, right? The Weight Loss Bootcamp is exactly that. It is your “road-map” to getting from where you are to where you want to be with regards to your own personal fitness. Loosing a lot weight, in a short time, in a healthy and effective way.
What you will get:
You will learn how to use equipment in most effective way. You will sweat you will hurt, you will complain and want to quit; but in the end..you will succeed! The satisfaction of achieving your goal well be the most rewarding feeling you could possibly imagine.
In order to ensure the quality of the program and personalized guidance for each participant, the Weight Loss Bootcamp is limited to 15 students.
Daily schedule

Please arrive no later than 5 pm for a welcome session on the first day. Departure is 12 pm on the last day. You are welcome to arrive early or stay on.

Teacher profile
Monty Crooke is the creator and founder of Fabulous Mannequins and a certified Nutrionist & Trainer/Drill instructor with a level 3 Certificate in Personal Training from the Central London YMCA, which is a recognized certification worldwide. Monty is specialized in Circuit Training, Muscle Gain, Weight Loss and Nutritional Programs. Monty has served as a trainer at renowned Lamai Fitness/Lamai Muay Thai for 6 years and has recently been travelling internationally to provide VIP clientele personalized training.
