What we offer is to make a personal program for you, and then film it in blocks or chapters, and then combine those blocks in correct order, with correct number of repetitions and breathing, so, in fact, this program can be dynamically developed, by increasing the number of repetitions of certain blocks. This is a very unique product, that will stimulate you and allow you to practice on your own, but still with the guidance of the teacher.
