The anti stress program starts with an initial wellness consultation. We’ve designed the whole process to be a stress free one, from your arrival to departure.
Based on personal needs and preferences, a 3 to 5 day program will be developed for maximum results. Our programs use a unique mix of stress relieving activities:
- Pranayama breathing techniques
- Relaxation techniques
- Reiki healing
- Ayurvedic lifestyle guidelines
- Wellness Massage
- Enjoy the relaxing environments of Vikasa and Koh Samui
Optional complementary acupuncture, coaching and private sessions may be recommended.

09:00 am – 10:15 am: One-on-one anti stress session with Bettina
10:30 am – 11:30 am: Healthy brunch
11:30 am – 01:00 pm: Free time: enjoy and relax by the pool
01:00 pm – 02:00 pm: Massage
02:00 pm – 04:00 pm: Free time or additional coaching or acupuncture session
04:00 pm – 05:15 pm: One-on-one anti stress session with Bettina
06:00 pm – 07:15 pm: Yoga (optional)
07:30 pm – 08:30 pm: Healthy dinner
Bettina Maul is a registered yoga teacher and reiki master with a deep rooting in Vipassana meditation.
Bettina has studied and practiced yoga for more than 10 years in diverse styles in Europe and Asia. Believing that one of the essential parts of yoga is meditation, she developed broad experience in several meditation techniques.
Having an extensive corporate background in international companies, she knows that integrating yoga into your demanding daily life can be quite a challenge! She will help you to relax and unwind during sessions, and also show you how to build a daily practice for a balanced and healthy life at home.
Yoga has been an essential tool in her journey, and one that she is passionate about sharing with others.
We recommend 7 days/6 nights for best results. You may also extend your stay at Vikasa with a yoga vacation package.

7 days/6 nights:
Zen Bungalow 6 nights + 5 days anti stress program. Total: $ 1060 one person/ $1590 two people
Single Seaview room 6 nights + 5 days anti stress program. Total: $ 1180 one person
